The Rochester Knighthawks finish their three-game in eight-day stretch on the road in Buffalo against the Bandits (3-2) tonight at 7:30 p.m. Coming off their best performance of the season, Rochester (2-3) will attempt to win its third straight, evening its record at .500. The game will be broadcast on Sportsradio 950 ESPN and online at www.sportsradio950espn.com. The games will be also carried live on YouTube via The Lacrosse Network.

Head-to-Head: The Knighthawks lead the all-time series against the Bandits with a 26-20 record. Since 2011, the Knighthawks are 2-5 against Buffalo.

Week #2 Rematch: The game is the second of four meetings between the New York State Thruway rivals. In their home opener, the Knighthawks dropped a one-goal decision to the Bandits. Tracey Kelusky scored on a no-look shot with 11.8 seconds remaining for the 14-13 victory on January 19th.

Knighthawks Notes: The Knighthawks earned their biggest win of the season on Friday over the Philadelphia Wings at the Wells Fargo Center. Led by former Wing Dan Dawson, Rochester dropped the Wings 20-10. The Knighthawks have now won 10 consecutive games over Philadelphia dating back to 2009. Dawson doubled his point total from his first four games with 11 points (4+7). His third goal was the 350th of his career. Mike Accursi tied with Dawson with a team-high four goals. Johnny Powless opened the game with a goal 1:39 into the first quarter, extending his goal scoring streak to 10 games, dating back to last season. Joe Walters earned a career-high four assists and five points. Goaltender Matt Vinc earned his 50th career victory in net, making 49 saves on 59 shots while assisting on two goals. Vinc is second in the NLL in goals-against average (10.60) and saves (211). Defensemen also got involved in the offense, totaling three goals and nine assists. Brad Self led all defenders with four points (1+3). Tyler Burton and Scott Campbell also scored goals.

• Craig Point is one point away from 150 as a Knighthawk;
• Mike Accursi is nine points away from 800;
• Dan Dawson is seven points away from 900;
• Casey Powell is three assists shy of 350.

Bandits Notes: Buffalo enters the game in second place in the East Division with a 3-2 record. The Bandits dropped their last game, 14-12, to the Toronto Rock on February 2nd. Former Knighthawk Shawn Williams leads Buffalo in assists (21) and points (26). His assist total is good enough for fourth in the NLL. Rookie Dhane Smith is second on the team with 16 points (9+7). NLL all-time points leader John Tavares is expected to miss his second straight game.

Next Game: On Saturday, February 16th, Rochester hosts the Buffalo Bandits for the second time this season. The Knighthawks will battle the Bandits at 7:30 p.m. at The Blue Cross Arena.

The Teddy Bear Auction will begin at 6:15 p.m. prior to the Knighthawks' National Lacrosse League game against the Buffalo Bandits on February 16th. Game time is set for 7:30 p.m. Fans at the game will be able to place their bids at the Go Buy Rochester booth or online at http://gobuyrochester.com.
