Two Rochester Knighthawks players, Casey Powell and Joe Walters, will be featured on the Rochester radio airwaves this week as the Knighthawks prepare for their season opener this weekend in Washington. 

The Knighthawks will be taking on the Washington Stealth this Saturday, January 5th at 10:00 p.m. (EST) and fans will be able to tune into two separate interviews to hear Powell and Walters talk about their expectations for the upcoming season.

One of the newest faces of the Knighthawks and lacrosse legend Casey Powell will be a guest on the John Di Tullio Show on Thursday, January 3rd at 4:45 p.m.  Powell will be talking about his return to the indoor lacrosse world.  The interview can be heard on WHTK 1280 AM and  

Walters will also be talking about traveling to Washington to take on the Stealth and the Knighthawks first step to defending their World Championship later this week. The Knighthawks forward and Rochester native will be in-studio with Powell and Newman on The BEE Morning Coffee Club Show at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, January 4th.  The Walters and Newman interview will be able to be heard by tuning into 92.5 FM WBEE.

Fans will be able to catch the Saturday night season opener showdown between the Knighthawks and the Stealth on Sportsradio 950 ESPN and online at  Viewers can also watch a live web cast of the game on The Lacrosse Network.
