(December 26, 2012)… Kids can keep the holiday spirit going by attending the annual Holiday with the Hawks at the Iroquois Lacrosse Arena. Hosted by the Rochester Knighthawks and Arrow Express Sports, the two-day lacrosse clinic will run from Thursday, December 27th to Friday, December 28th.

From 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. each day, kids can come and have fun with the 2012 National Lacrosse League Champion Knighthawks. The camp featured Knighthawks stars Mike Accursi, Brad Self, Matt Vinc, Craig Point, Johnny Powless, Tyler Burton, Alex “Kedoh” Hill, Ian Llord, Cody Jamieson, Cory Vitarelli, Mike Kirk, Cody McLeod, Dylan Evans and Jake Henhawk.

The camp includes lacrosse skills and drills, but also many games and fun activities for the kids to do with the Knighthawks, including free draws/prizes and a mini-skills competition. The highlight of the two-day camp is the opportunity for kids to “Challenge a Knighthawks Player” to an event of their choice.

One and two-day packages are available for kids ages 8-14. It’s $30 for one day or just $50 for both. More information can be found at www.arrowexpresssports.com.

Rochester will begin its title defense on the road to open the 2013 season. The World Champions will open their 19th season against the Washington Stealth at 10:00 p.m. (EST) on Saturday, January 5th.
